Ralph currently limits his practice to the conduct of mediations. He has been conducting mediations throughout the Bay Area in personal injury and wrongful death cases for the past 15 years. He is trained as a mediator and is experienced as a trial attorney, having tried dozens of cases to verdict during that part of his career. He has conducted hundreds of mediations, accepted by most insurance companies, defense firms and plaintiff lawyers.
Billing Rate
$350 per hour for time spent in preparation for and conduct of the mediation. No extra charges for administration, travel in the Bay Area, or cancellation. There is no minimum charge.
