$400 per hour for time spent in preparation for and conduct of the mediation. There are no extra charges for administration or travel in the Bay Area. There is no minimum charge.

San Francisco Office of the City Attorney: Civil litigation defense of cases involving the San Francisco Municipal Railway, dangerous condition of sidewalks, streets, parks, playgrounds and school property, police misconduct, firefighter performance, claims of negligence in school supervision and Juvenile Court proceedings to secure the rights of abandoned children.
