Fritz has practiced law for 41 years primarily as defense counsel in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including auto, homeowner, construction defect and professional and product liability cases. He now serves as a neutral in such matters and offers his considerable experience in helping the parties resolve their disputes.
Billing Rate
$350 per hour for time spent in preparation for and conduct of the mediation. No extra charges for administration, travel in the Bay Area, or cancellation. There is no minimum charge.
